1 ea onion, finely chopped 1/2 ts oregano
1 ea clove garlic, chopped 1 ds salt, pepper
2 tb oil 1/2 ts sugar
2 ea tomatoes 1 ea Canned chipotle to taste
8 servings
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped.
Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook
gently 15 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
