6 ounces Smoked Tomato Field Roast, 1-inch chunks
1/4 cup green bell peppers, julienned
1/4 cup onion, julienned
1/4 cup zucchini, julienned
1/4 cup carrots, julienned
1/8 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
2 rolls or buns
Servings: 2
1. Sauté onions on medium heat until translucent.

2. Add oil, vegetables, and Field Roast, sauté 5 minutes.

3. Add fennel seeds and BBQ sauce, heat thoroughly.

4. Serve on roll or bun.
