Recipe Feeder
2 cans peeled San Marzano Tomatoes
2 cucumbers, diced very small
1 onion, diced very small
4 celery stalks, diced very small
2 bell peppers, diced very small
2 Tbsp your favorite hot sauce (optional)
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 tsp chopped garlic
fresh cilantro
salt and pepper, to taste

1. Combine all ingredients together.

2. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

3. Refrigerate in a covered container until cold.

Serving suggestion: Garnish bowl with a dollop of regular or fat free sour cream in the center with a sprig of cilantro. If you like a more liquid gazpacho, add tomato juice or water until soup is desired consistency.
