Recipe Feeder
1/5 pound ground chuck
1 jumbo sesame seed hamburger bun (4” diameter)
1/4 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 thin tomato slice
2 Oscar Mayer pre-cooked bacon slices
2 Valasic hamburger slices
2 teaspoons Kraft mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Kraft original barbecue sauce
1 slice American cheese
salt and pepper

1. In a small separate container, combine the mayonnaise and barbecue sauce. This will be the “secret sauce.” Refrigerate until needed.
2. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill until hot. When ready, place both halves of a hamburger bun face down on the hot grill. Allow 30-60 seconds
to toast the bun, then remove and place in a bun warmer if possible. If not, set aside.
3. Prepare the bacon by placing onto the grill for a few seconds if possible. Or, place strips of bacon in the microwave for 45 seconds to warm and
crisp them.
4. Place the frozen beef patty onto the hot grill. Cook both sides for about 3-4 minutes each, or until the meat is done. Check carefully to ensure the
patty is sufficiently cooked. Then, while still on the grill, season both sides of the patty with salt and pepper.
5. Turn the top half (the crown) of the toasted bun upside down. Dress the bun half as follows: secret sauce, spread evenly with a knife
pickles
lettuce
cheese
bacon
tomato
6. Finish off by placing the cooked beef patty on top off the dressed bun. Top off with the bottom half (the heel) of the bun. Turn the burger right
side up.
7. Wrap the finished burger in a 12”x12” sheet of foil, and warm in the oven (200°) for 2-3 minutes. Serve warm.
