Basil Dressing

1 cup/250ml/8fl oz yogurt
10 basil leaves, finely chopped
1 large clove garlic, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper
makes 1 cup/ 250 ml/ 8 oz
1-Blend everything together well. Serve over green or mixed salad or tomato and onion salad.

NOTE
This also makes a good sauce for pasta, in which case double the quantity.
