15 oz Part skimmed ricotta cheese 1/4 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Fresh chopped basil 2 tb Olive oil
1/2 c Sliced green onions 2 tb White wine
1/2 c Roasted red peppers, diced 2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 servings
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and
pepper. Makes about 3 cups of sauce, enough for about 1 lb. (dry weight)
of tubular pasta.
