Recipe Feeder
1 kilogram Ground beef
3 tablespoons of fresh coriander
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 big carrot peeled and chopped
1 medium zucchini chopped
1/2 can of tomato puree
1 teaspoon Salt
pepper to taste
1 package of flour tortillas
Lettuce shredded
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1.- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and brown the beef. Add the onion and the garlic until soft.
2.- Add the carrot until softer then add the zucchini and the chopped tomato. When this is well combine add the tomato puree, salt and pepper. Sit well and let all the juices combine. Correct seasoning if needed and add the fresh coriander.
3.- In another large skillet heat the tortillas, put the tortilla in a plate and fill it with the picadillo and shredded lettuce and roll it. Serve with rice.
Note: You can add chili flakes or jalapeno finely chopped if you like the heat, or you can add shredded cheese as well!
