Recipe Feeder
Parchment paper or foil
2 large or 4 small butter lettuce leaves
1 (12-oz.) package Full Circle Halibut
Steaks, thawed and patted dry
Raley's Italian Seasoning Grinder, to taste
1/2 cup Raley's Crumbled Garlic and
Herb Feta Cheese
1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
1 lemon slice, halved
Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 10 minutes Serves: 2

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and place 2
(15-inch) squares of parchment paper on
a work surface.
2. Season halibut on all sides to taste with Italian seasoning. Place
lettuce leaves on parchment and top with halibut.
3. Top with remaining ingredients and fold in bottom and sides of parchment
to enclose fish. Place on a baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes or
until fish is cooked through.
