1 tbs. New Mexican Chili -- crushed
2 1/4 lb. Smoked Chorizo Sausage -- cooked & crumbled
1 can Onion -- chopped
3 whole Carrot -- boiled & diced
1 cup Celery -- chopped
2 1/8 cup
2 whole Tomato
1 cup Broth Kidney Bean
3 1/4 cup
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. White Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Epazote
sour cream
Briefly sauté chorizo. Add onion, carrots, and celery and sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients except sour cream and simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with sour cream and serve.
