Cranberry Apricot Sauce With Candied Ginger

Use a bag of cranberries or about 3 cups

1 cup of sugar (or the amount recommended on the bag)

1 cup of orange juice (or the amount of water suggested)

A few dried Apricots, cut up with a scissor into small pieces

Crystallized ginger, snipped into small pieces.

1 apple peeled, cored and cut into little pieces

¼ cup golden raisins


Cook all together till cranberries burst and apricots and ginger are tender.

Mash all together. (or use a wand blender)

Pour into a mold and allow to chill or set.
