Recipe Feeder
3/4 lb Sirloin steak 1/4 c Water
1 tb Vegetable oil 1 tb Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic 2 c Broccoli flowerets
1 md Onion, cut in wedges Hot cooked noodles
10 3/4 oz Cream of broccoli soup
4 servings
1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.
2. In a skillet over medium high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic
until beef is browned. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
3. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli,
reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are
tender. Serve over hot noodles. Makes 4 servings.
Note: to make slicing beef easier, freeze for one before cutting.
