1 18 oz. box yellow cake mix
1 package cream cheese, 8 ounces, room temperature
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can of fruit flavor pie filling lemon,apple,blueberry,cherry.etc
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil, and eggs; mix well. Add pie filling
and vanilla; stir until well combined. Pour into 2 greased and floured
loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until done.
