SLAW:
3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
1 cup finely chopped Granny Smith apple
1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries
8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice, well drained -- juice reserved
2 tablespoons unsalted sunflower seeds

DRESSING:
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Combine slaw ingredients in large serving bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in small mixing bowl. Stir dressing into slaw mixture. Serves 6.
