Ingredients:
In a blender add in fruit juice, banana and milk. Blend on low. Add in fruits slowly. Once all fruits are blended, shift power to medium for 1 minute, then move power to hi and blend until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. fruit juice (purple juices such as acai, pomegranite & blueberry have healthy antioxidants)
- 4 oz. almond milk (or soymilk - half & half makes for a less healthy, but richer, thicker smoothy)
- 4 oz. banana (1 medium banana)
- 4 oz. frozen blueberries*
- 4 oz. frozen strawberries*
- 4 oz. frozen peaches*
- 4 oz. frozen mangos*
*or pick your favorite fruits
