Ingredients
1/2 cup
Hidden Valley® Spicy Ranch Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp.
Lime Juice
1/4 tsp.
Diced jalapeno peppers
1 pkg. (16 oz.)
Imitation crabmeat, flaked
2-1/2 cups
Seeded & diced tomatoes (about 5 medium)
1-1/2 cups
Sliced English cucumber (seeds removed and quartered)
1 cup
Sliced Celery
1/2 cup
Diced red onion
Preparation
Prep Time: 30 min.
Chill Time: 2 hrs. minimum.
Measure dressing; stir in lime juice and peppers. In large salad bowl, toss together crabmeat, tomatoes, cucumber, celery and onion. Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss to coat. Serve chilled.
Makes 4-6 servings.
