1/3 oz. Soy Sauce
2 oz. Tomato Juice
1/3 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
1 oz. Ketchup
2 1/8 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 1/8 cup Brown Sugar
juice 2 lemons
2 tsp. Red Pepper
2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Basil
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 1 hour. Let sauce stand for 2 hours before serving on the side with barbecue.
