To save time, you can use Tenderflake mini tarts.
Heat oven at 450*F
1 cup cornsyrup,
2/3 cup brown sugar,
1/4 cup butter,
1/4 tsp. salt,
2/3 cup walnuts,
1/2 tsp. vanilla,
1/2 cup of raisins, if desired.
Makes 18
Cook cornsyrup, and sugar in a sauce pan for 5 minutes. Cool. Pour over eggs, beating continously.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into mini pastry tarts. Bake at 450*F for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350*F for 15 or 20 minutes more.
