SIMPLE YOGURT CHEESECAKE PIE

1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
2 - 4 oz tubs of Stoneyfield Oikos PLAIN yogurt
1 box Jello Sugarfree Cheesecake pudding mix
1 ½ tub Sugarfree CoolWhip
¼ cup milk, use your judgment on this, may take less
2 bananas
About 8 strawberries…you can use blueberries or whatever fresh fruit you like, use your judgment on how much you need.

Mix (2) 4oz cups of yogurt with box of Cheesecake pudding mix, and one tub of Cool Whip and about ¼ cup of milk. Whip it all together until smooth and no pudding mix shows.

Slice 1 fresh banana onto bottom of pie crust, slice about 4 strawberries or whatever…

Spoon yogurt pudding mix onto top of fruits

Slice 1 more fresh banana on top of pudding mixture

Top with half tub of CoolWhip, making sure you stir it up and smooth it out before you put it on top of fruits

Slice strawberries on top of cool whip for decoration and put in fridge…VOILA! YUMMY!!

Done…takes about 20 minutes…Let sit in fridge for about an hour.
