4 turkey breast cutlets or steaks
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Servings: 4
1. Combine all sauce ingredients except sesame seeds. Reserve 2 tablespoons of sauce. Marinate turkey in remainder of sauce in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

2. Preheat barbecue to medium and lightly grease grill. Cook cutlets for 4-6 minutes per side.

3. Remove from heat, drizzle 1 teaspoon of reserved sauce on each cutlet and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
