1 18.7-ounce canister Ragú Pizza Quick Mix for Homemade Pizza Crust
1 pound extra-lean ground beef
2 large onions, sliced
2 small green bell peppers, chopped
2 3 1/2-ounce cans sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups Ragú Pizza Quick Sauce
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare crust mix according to package directions, using 16 level scoops of mix and 1 1/3 cups warm water. Let dough rest.
2. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown ground beef. Add onions and peppers; sauté until tender. Drain fat. Add mushrooms, set aside.
3. Divide dough in half; evenly spread in two greased 14-inch pizza pans. Top each with 1 cup sauce, half the meat mixture and cheese.
4. Place pizzas on lowest and center oven racks. Bake 14 minutes. Reverse position of pans; bake 12 minutes, or until crusts are golden brown.
