1 lb linguini

1.5 c zucchini - julienne
1.5 c carrot - julienne
1.5 c red bell pepper - chopped
0.5 c green onion - sliced
1.5 lb beef, turkey etc - julienne (optional)

0.5 vegetable oil
2 oz sesame oil
3 oz vinegar - rice wine
2 limes - juiced
3 oz soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
0.25 tsp ground red pepper
1 Tbsp ginger - fresh, chopped
2 cloves garlic - pressed
2 oz peanut butter
peanuts - chopped
cilantro
=Break linguini into fourths, cook.
Combine vegetables, add to pasta. Mix rest of ingredients together, add to pasta. Refrigerate at least one hour.
