Shrimp
Marinade: 1 tab soy
1 tab dry sherry or rice wine
1 teasp sesame oil
1 tabs cornstarch
a tiny bit lime juice
Sauce: orange marmelade 3 tabs
mustard 2 teasp
Lime juice 2 tabs
Soy sauce 1-2 tabs

Remove shells from shrimp without removing tails. Deveine and butterfly. Marinate 6 or 7 minutes. Broil lined up on rack on cookie sheet. Never overcook. Mix ingredients for sauce. Serve shrimp with sauce.
