Recipe Feeder
4 cups hot water 1 L
4 beef bouillon cubes 4
1 cup peeled and sliced carrots 250 mL
1 cup peeled and diced potatoes 250 mL
1/2 cup chopped onion 125 mL
1/2 cup thick and chunky mild salsa 125 mL
3/4 lb ground beef 340 g
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs 60 mL
1/4 cup milk 60 mL
finely chopped cilantro leaves, to taste

Combine water, bouillon cubes, carrots, potatoes, onion, and salsa in large saucepan.

Cook, stirring occasionally over high heat until mixture comes to a boil.

Combine beef, bread crumbs & milk in medium bowl, roll into 1-inch/2-cm meatballs.

Drop meatballs into boiling mixture in saucepan; reduce heat to low, cook for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Sprinkle with cilantro leaves before serving.
