Recipe Feeder
1 egg
1 Tbsp. chocolate pudding (prepared)
2 Tbsps. oil
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsps. light brown sugar
2 Tbsps. instant chocolate pudding powder (not prepared)
4 Tbsps. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsps. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Prepare mug by coating the inside lightly with cooking spray. Mix liquid ingredients in a bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix until lumps are gone. Pour batter into the mug. Do not fill more than halfway. Thump mug firmly on tabletop several times to remove air bubbles. Place mug on a small microwavable plate or saucer and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the cake. If it comes out dry, the cake is done. Wait 2 minutes, then run a butter knife along the inside of the mug and tip the cake onto a plate. Frost, garnish or top with icing, fruit, yogurt, ice cream or other toppings.
