10 minutes.

Grease 9x9 cake pan.
1 lb. icing sugar,
1/2 cup cocoa,
1/4 tsp. salt,
1/4 cup milk,
1 tbsp. vanilla,
1/2 cup butter, or margerine.

In a casserole dish mix, cocoa, salt, and vanilla.
Place butter, or margerine on top of mixture in the middle.
Do not mix. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Stir very well until smooth, and creamy.
Pour into greased 9x9 cake pan.
Cool 20 minutes, or up to 1 hour in fridge.
Cut into squares of desired size.
