1 C Plain yogurt
1 Small Banana
1 T Frozen orange juice
Sugar or honey, to taste
4 Ice cubes
Yield: 2 Servings
Place all ingredients into blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth. Variations:
Instead of banana, use 1 cup cubed melon, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 peeled and chopped
kiwifruit or 1/2 peeled and cored apple.
