Recipe Feeder
1/8 oz. Butter
1 clove Garlic -- finely chopped
1/2 cup Scallion
1 medium Shrimp
2 1/4 lb. Bay Scallop
2 1/4 lb. White Mushroom
1 whole Lemon
1/8 oz. Vermouth
1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
oz. Brandy

Melt butter in large skillet; add garlic, scallions, shrimp and scallops; sauti for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauti for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, vermouth and spices. Simmer for 5 minutes; add brandy and serve with French bread.
