Recipe Feeder
Ingredients:
1 lb lettuce and/or spinach
2 cups "pot" beans
1/2 cup cooked potato diced by 1/2"
Hot Sauce (made with tomatoes, water, hot-chili, or other non-caloric seasoning)
2-3 Red tomatoes

Directions
Disinfect and cut lettuce/spinach in pieces of 1x1".
Dice cooked potato in small 1/2" cubes.
Dice tomato as well in 1/2" cubes.
Mix everything.
Mix beans with hot taco-sauce and pour into the rest.
You may optionally add other veggies like bell pepper, broccoli, etc.
