2 tblsp. Brown Sugar
2 tblsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup Ketchup
0.5 teasp. Chinese Mustard
1 can Garlic -- minced
1 tblsp. Soy Sauce
1 teasp. Asian Chili Paste

Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chile paste. Makes 1 1/4 cups. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.
