Recipe Feeder
2 lb Chicken, pieces 1 tb Parsley, chopped
1 c Onion, sliced 1/2 ts Oregano, crushed
1/2 c Green pepper, chopped 1/4 ts Thyme
1/4 c Peanut oil 3/4 ts Salt
1 Garlic, clove, medium 1 ds Pepper
1 lb Tomato, plum 1/4 lb Mushroom, sliced
4 servings
Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken pieces, brown and set aside.
Add onion,green pepper and garlic; Cook until onion is tender. Force
Italian plum tomatoes through a strainer. Add tomato liquid,parsley,
oregano, thyme, salt and pepper to skillet. Cook over low heat for 15
minutes; stir occasionally.
Add chicken; cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add mushrooms. Cook uncovered 15 minutes or until sauce is desired
consistency.
