Curry Barbecued Pork Ribs

2 pounds pork back ribs
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup orange juice
Servings: 3
1. In medium bowl, stir together peanut butter, curry powder, soy sauce, oil, catsup and orange juice. Beat until smooth.

2. Place ribs on shallow baking pan. Brush ribs with glaze and place in a 350ºF oven for 1 1/2 hours, brushing with sauce occasionally. Cut into 2-3 rib portions to serve.
