16 ounces frozen broccoli, rinsed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 3/4-oz can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
3 cups cut-up ham, chicken, turkey or beef
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
1 1/2 cups milk
Servings: 8
1. Heat oven to 450F. Mix broccoli, soups, 1 cup milk, the ham and onion powder in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.

2. Mix baking mix and milk. Pour evenly over soup mixture. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

3. Bake 27 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand at least 5 minutes.
