1 cup butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups quick-cooking oats
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
FUDGE FILLING:
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Servings: 30
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture.

2. Spread 2/3 in the bottom of an ungreased 15x10x1" baking pan; set aside.

3. FOR FILLING: Heat milk, chocolate chips, butter and salt in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until melted. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla and walnuts. Spread over oat mixture in pan.

4. Drop remaining oat mixture by tablespoonfuls over chocolate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
