3 kg. Smoked Beef Brisket -- boiled & diced
2 clove Garlic -- minced
1 teasp. Black Pepper
2 tblsp. Cumin Seed
1 teasp. Ginger
1 tblsp. Red Pepper
1 carton Tomato Paste
1.5 cup
1 clove Tomato
4 g. V-8 Vegetable Juice
0.75 cup Onion -- boiled & diced
1 tblsp. Salt
3 tblsp. Chili Powder
1 tblsp. Paprika
1 tblsp. Mustard
1 teasp. Oregano
1 can Tomato Sauce
0.5 can Beer
1 each Jalapeno Pepper
Only use Smoked Brisket. Do not use ground beef. Heat the brisket with a little oil. Drain and remove meat. Sauté onion and garlic in the left over oil. Add all the spices and let everything roast awhile in the pot. Add the beef back to the pot and add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, V8 juice, tomato, Jalapeno, and beer. Cover and simmer for 1 hr. Add more beer if chili gets too dry.
