Recipe Feeder
1 whole Onion -- finely chopped
1/2 cup Scallion -- finely chopped
2 tsp. Thyme -- cooked freshly
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Allspice -- ground
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg -- ground
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon -- ground
1 whole Pepper
3 tbs. Soy Sauce
1 tbs. Oil
1 tbs. Cider Vinegar

* Use Scotch bonnet or Habanero chilies for the authentic taste of this dish. Combine ingredients, and process in blender or food processor. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for at least four hours before grilling.
