· Chicken, cut−up
· 3 Onions, chopped
· 1 Carrot, sliced
· 1 Garlic clove, minced
· 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
· 1/2 teaspoon Basil
· 1 teaspoon Salt
· 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
· 1 can Cut up tomatoes(14oz)
· 1 pound Shrimp,shelled, raw
· 2 cups Rice, cooked

In slow cooker, combine chicken with onions, carrots, garlic, oregano, basil, salt,pepper and tomatoes. Cook on LOW 4−5 hours. Add shrimp and rice. Cook on HIGH 30−40 minutes until shrimp is done.
