1 lb Beef round steak - trim well 1 Pepper, red bell, cut thin
2 tb Oil 1 md Onion, cut into thin wedges
1 ts Cumin, ground 1 md Jalapeno pepper, cut into
1 ts Oregano, dried, crushed -slivers
1 Clove garlic, crushed 3 c Lettice, romaine, cut 1/4"

Partially freeze beef and cut into 1/8 inch strips. Combine oil, cumin,
oregano and garlic. In a skillet, over medium high heat, heat half the
seasoned oil. Add bell peppers, onion and jalapeno pepper. Stir fry until
tender crisp. Remove and reserve. Stir-fry beef in remaining oil for 1 to
2 minutes. return vegetables to skillet and heat through. Serve hot.
