2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups bean sprouts (5 ounces)
1 cup red sweet pepper, diced
1 cup sliced olives
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup roasted and coarsely chopped Oregon hazelnuts
1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
Combine all ingredients except noodles.
DRESSING
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Servings: 6
Blend together and toss with salad ingredients. Just before serving, add noodles.
