Spicy Yogurt Peanut Sauce for Fries

Yield: 1 1/4 cups

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped peeled ginger root
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (1 to 1/2)
Servings: 10
1. In food processor or blender, process yogurt, peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger root and red pepper until smooth, pulsing on and off. Place in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with fries or potato wedges.

2. Serving Size equals 2 tablespoons.
