Here's a quick and easy Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Always a crowd favorite!

Ingredients

* 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
* 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
* 1 jar Alfredo pasta sauce
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Transfer into a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
4. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Note: This recipe makes a large serving. It freezes well so I like to split it into two baking dishes (uncooked) and store them in the freezer. Thaw and bake for 40-45 minutes.
