1/2 cup Ketchup
2/3 cup Tomato juice
1/4 cup Red wine -- or
grape juice
FOR CHICKEN OR PORK:
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Pineapple juice
1/4 cup White wine, or grape juice
Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate steaks or chicken up to 24 hours in the fridge.
