A mellow blend of orange and almond flavors in a dusk-red tea. Fill your cup and enjoy the evening twilight.

2 cups boiling water
2 orange and peach-flavored tea bags (such as Tetley)
1 tbsp. cognac (or brandy), 1/2oz
1 tbsp. almond-flavored liqueur (such as Amaretto), 1/2oz
2 tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur (such as Grand Marnier), 1oz
2 tsp. lemon juice
Serves 2
Pour boiling water into teapot.
Add tea bags.
Cover.
Let steep or 5 minutes.
Squeeze and discard tea bags.
Add remaining 4 ingredients.
Stir.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
Pour into 2 large mugs.

Serving suggestion:
Add a citrus know to each cup of tea for extra zest.
To make knots, choose firm, smooth-skinned orange, lemon or lime.
Wash and dry fruit.
Remove 4" thin strip of peel from fruit, using citrus stripper.
Tie peel in a knot and drop into tea.
