Saute garlic & onion in olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, stir & cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper. Continue to stir and cook 1 minute. Add wine or broth and let cook down by one-half. Stir in cooked pasta & butter and cook until pasta is hot. Serve with grated parmesan cheese. NOTE: Add a little jalapeno pepper, just enough to give it a little zing. You can also used half shrimp/half scallops.
