Method

Dice the carrot & onion

heat the oil in a non stick saucepan until hot, add onion & carrot, lightly fry both until soft, add the pack of turkey mince and stir for about 4 minutes, or until meat is browned all the way through.

once the meat is browned, add the carrot, tomatos and onion, stir in.

add the teaspoon of sugar, tablespoon of tomato puree, the stock cube, table spoon of soy sauce and stir well, making sure all the meat is covered by the sauce.

Reduce to a simmering heat ans allow to simmer for 20-25 minutes.

While this is cooking, put on a pan of pasta.

When sauce & pasta are cooked, serve by eather putting pasta on a plate first, then adding the sauce, or by mixing the sauce into the pasta in the pan, then serving, it's up to you.

Turkey is a much leaner meat than the red meats, so this serves as a low fat alternative to pork or beef.
