2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 cup salad oil
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup water
3 ounces onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup pimiento, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon tarragon
Yield: 1 1/2 quarts
1. Combine lemon juice, vinegar, salad oil, Worcestershire sauce, and water.
2. Add onion, garlic, pimiento, and parsley. Mix.
3. Blend in salt, sugar, pepper and tarragon. Mix.
4. Pour over fresh vegetables and marinate 6 hours or longer.
Notes: Pour over fresh mushrooms or other fresh vegetables or pasta.
