1 (1 to 1 1/2 pounds) flank steak, pierced all over with a fork
1 bottle (8 ounces) Taco Sauce, divided
10 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
Garnish suggestions: shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, sour cream, guacamole, remaining taco sauce
Combine flank steak and 1/2 cup taco sauce in non-metallic container; marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill or broiler. Cook steak about 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Thinly slice against grain. For each sandwich, wrap flank steak and desired garnishes in tortilla.
