2 bananas (frozen and cut into one inch pieces)
10 frozen, whole strawberries
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup non-fat, sugar free yogurt

To make this the best way, break a couple of bananas into about one inch long pieces and put them in the freezer the day before you want a smoothie.
Dad keeps some in the freezer at all times. You also need a bag of frozen whole strawberries (or peaches or other frozen fruit - strawberries and
peaches seem to make the best smoothies). In a blender put 1 cup of orange juice and 1 cup of non-fat, sugar free vanilla yoghurt (You could probably
use yoghurt with fat and/or sugar if you want). Add about 10 pieces of frozen banana, a few at a time as you blend. Then add about 10 average sized
strawberries ( a couple less if they are big or a couple more if they are small) or an equivalent amount of frozen peaches, adding a few at a time as they
blend. The trick with the blending is to add the frozen fruit as quickly as you can without burning out your blender. Dad burned one out and had to buy a
higher quality blender that could handle the recipe. If you blend the smoothie to death it gets very thin in consistency. Dad likes them thick, so he tries
to blend it in the minimum time consistent with the capacity of the blender motor. This recipe fills two large glasses.
