Looks like grape, but tastes like licorice. A pleasant surprise!
3 ice cubes
1 1/2 tbsp. licorice-flavored liqueur (such as Sambuca), 3/4 oz.
1 tbsp. blue-colored, orange-flavored liqueur (such as Blue Curacao), 1/2oz (see Note)
1 tbsp. grenadine syrup
3/4 cup lemon lime soft drink
Serves 1
Put ice cubes into medium glass.
Add remaining 4 ingredients.
Stir gently.
Makes about 1 cup.
Note:
If you cannot find Blue Curacao, ad several drops of blue liquid food coloring to same amount of clear Curacao until desired shade is reached.
