4 lbs. meaty spareribs, cut into serving pieces
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Place ribs in shallow pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Make sauce while baking. Combine ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour off fat, reduce oven to 300 degrees. Pour sauce over ribs. Cook 1 hour more. Baste several times.
