11 lb. Chicken Wing -- separated
1 cup Lime Juice
1/8 oz. Green Chili Pepper
4 tbs. Garlic Powder
2 1/2 tbs. Paprika
2 tbs. Salt
1 tbs. Lemon Pepper
1 tbs. Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Puree the chilies in a food processor or blender Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinade for at least 2 hours refrigerated. I usually marinade 3 hours or so. Grill wings, basting as needed with saved marinade. Wings are done when they don't stick to the grill. If you want to add a little kick to 'em, throw a tablespoon of cayenne in the mix.
